Is there anywhere that a 2x4 could be totally removed (then put back), but still be able to use some contraption to reach them?

No kidding...I candled them, but they are really hard to see in. Put em in the bator..I'll candle again in a few days and see if I can see anything developing..idk...

That is probably why they laid them there they figured someone would eventually find them and not toss them. Math in it's best form!!

I've never liked math...
I just hope they develop and hatch. There's one silkie egg and what I thought earlier might be duck eggs turned out to be EEs..
