I GOT THE FAN TO WORK!
Ralphie . . you ARE a genius after all.
The stupid thing wasn't plugged in correctly. I had to take it apart but once I took it off I could see it wasn't connected to anything. Someone crammed the connector under the Styrofoam.

I set mine Saturday... I'm doing chicken eggs...but I have two call duck eggs in there too....shhhh .

I'm glad to read that someone else has mixed their incubator with call duck eggs and chicken eggs! I was forced to do this recently when the seller that I got my call duck eggs from sent my set 3-4 weeks earlier than initially listed. These came in on the same day as my serama eggs so I had to overload my incubator. I had never mixed species like this while incubating before but I had no choice didn't want to lose any eggs. So far I've had 2 seramas that hatched yesterday and the calls are due at the end of the weekend/beginning of next week. Hopefully this works! The candling showed good progress for the ducks.

It's already got the temp back up to 100
And holding steady now with the fan going.
Maybe can still set my eggs tonight!
