The more I look at this light one the more she looks like Mako did at about 4wks (minus any coloring). I know I sound like an idiot, but theres no such thing as a buff Swed is there?

He is still a cutie but he prefers the company of his duck friends now and I'm chopped liver
I haven't taken any pictures of him for a while. . I'll have to do that.

It shows this as a silver under British colors. I don't understand the differences in British vs US and all that. It just makes everything so confusing. And like the pastel vs. The buff. There is not much difference.

I’m looking at some breeding books. The pictures they show, some are so similar, I need to map out the colors and possibilities, and what can come from what. Ya know?

Did it say 6 months or 6 weeks?
This was Opie the day he turned 6 months old

They just came into the HS yesterday, so I know the pic is fresh.

Maybe they meant 6 weeks instead of 6 months.

I’m thinking it’s a 6 week old Pekin or Pekin buff mix? I can’t tell if it’s the lighting or if the feathers coming in are cream.

The black one would have white on its feet, bill, or chest if it was a Swedish or Pekin mix.
