I cook with it all the time. I think it is great.
it ha a slight coconut smell when you heat the oil but I have never tasted it in the food.

It is suppose to be good for you high or low in whatever makes frying oil bad..

Hum. I'll have to give it a try. I just figured it would make the food taste like coconut :hmm
I wouldn't want a coconut tasting egg. :sick
