It's ok... I actually don't type as fast as I used to...

Air cells are looking much better now and dipped down. . . I hate this last bit of waiting when I can't see anything in there cause the egg is so full. I will be checking for internal pips in the morning. . I'm off work till Tuesday so this works out great

On a serious note.. I've never cooked with coconut oil. Is it good?

I cook with it all the time. I think it is great.
it ha a slight coconut smell when you heat the oil but I have never tasted it in the food.

It is suppose to be good for you high or low in whatever makes frying oil bad..

Hum. I'll have to give it a try. I just figured it would make the food taste like coconut
I wouldn't want a coconut tasting egg.

Coconut oil in coffee is great too. I even have my dh drinking it in his. 1 Tab to a mug.
