I would love to have a turkey. Maybe some day when I have more fencing. if @holm25 would send me Mr. T I would find a way to keep him. . . .

I couldn’t get rid of Mr. T and if I did I would hope Ralphie would come up and check me into a nut house!

Is she able to right herself when she gets stuck? Pretty girl.

Unfortunately not that I've seen, but she certainly doesn't wind up on her back as often as she used to.

Yep, and it will have a more pronounced waddle when it gets bigger... doesn't affect any of mine, except Button when she tries to run downhill... if that happens, be prepared to see a rolling ball of feathers!

I have an amazingly sweet drake duckling who has that. Seems to get along ok, glad to know it wont cause further problems.

It doesn't appear so. Now I'm working on setting more eggs lol!
Incubator sanitised and set up. Eggs chosen. I've decided not to set any of Jane s eggs. .I pulled 5 of the first ones she laid after the bad hatch. I Wanted to get more vitamins in her first but she kept laying and is already sitting again as of yesterday. .

they are so fluffy now! I think they imprinted on the thermometer
They cried when I took it out to clean the poop off.

It sure is! And already so fluffy! But mama duck is peed off. . so I'm done messing with her for the night. She is doing a great job without me. There is one more external pip out there and the other three are internally pipped now. I just let her stand there and bite me while I looked lol. Maybe once she sees I'm giving them back to her she will chill out some.

This evening Lexi had the babies out in the yard. When they went back, 2 went to the wrong side of the gate and couldn't figure out their way back around. I grabbed them, and good thing Lexi was on the other side of the fence, or my face would be missing!
