Shaws call duck incubation thread (hatch a wonderful(worthless to Ralphie) dux thread)

The stupid phone camera is more the problem than the lighting lol :gig
I'll try to get some better ones with the good camera when they get a little more feathered for ya.
Lilac would make sense for the lighter one. The darker one really looks dark chocolate in real life. .it's so hard to see the color on the phone pictures!

another not so great pic. . but the colors look a bit more true to life here, next to that blue Bibb you can really tell the difference in color :love
They are so freaking cute!

Yep, one definitely looks chocolate (which is, I think, what I had thought from the duckling picture too but you didn't have any chocolate so I wasn't sure) and then the other I think I see blue tones in so that one would be lilac if it is a chocolate color :)

Here’s one of my twins. Still can’t decide on her color either.
The two are darn near identical so far. One has a darker spot on top of her head and a couple stray darker feathers on her back.

I'd really almost say lilac or lavender based on the chocolaty tones in the chest. You might need to test breed to find out :) If you know their father, breed them back to him and see if you get any chocolate drakes.

I don’t have her father anymore. It was either Bacardi (killed by hawk) or Jax (sold when I had way too many drakes)
