Okay, didn’t know that. My dad broke his back skydiving or whatever when we lived in Yuma. He was in the Army at the time.Skydiving and military parachuting is a little different. Lol I just went through airborne school.
So that’s why the parachute seemed to open early (relatively speaking!)High Altitude Low Opening (of parachute)
I’m confused once again. Why would you never leave it? Cause you crashed to your death?!?
Well I am glad you survived cause I’m not sure what I would have named my drake if you hadn’t been around!Never, ever leave an airplane. As a extremely competent pilot. I think I am safer flying a disabled bird to the ground than jumping out.
I know it sounds cocky, almost as if I was a Rooster or Spy, but I have nearly 10,000 hours of flight time. During that time I have had a few incidents, and survived them just fine.
That sure wasn't as funny at the time as it is now. But luckily she was so glad I wasn't being murderised I didn't get in too awful much trouble.![]()
Why wouldn’t she, it happened just last week, again.OMG

My dad and my *pawpaw* both flew. They owned a Cessna of some sort for awhile. I was never overly interested.Never, ever leave an airplane. As a extremely competent pilot. I think I am safer flying a disabled bird to the ground than jumping out.
