she can't walk - SAD UPDATE - We lost Blueberry this afternoon

I have read all the ups and downs you all have been through. I have a chicken in a box in the living room as I type this. (Bully wound-not disease) but i know how attached you get to them. The more effort we put into them, the more we need them to make it. I am sorry for everyone's' losses. I hope the rest of your flocks remain healthy. And if anyone DOES do a necropsy, PLEASE post with the results.

Im soo sorry.

I am so sorry for your losses all. but know they no longer are suffering, they are enjoying sunshine and treats....

You did the best you could for them, but they were needed elsewhere.

I wish I could have kept her for a necropsy, but DH already buried her.
Thank you all for your kind thoughts

Whatever it was, at least it's over for her now. We'll miss her, but we tried.
I hope anyone else with this problem has better success. I know Chiclet is recovering

and I hope others do too.
Thanks again.

I'm sooo sorry... Things look like they were for the up & up... I just wish we had more answers. My Cheetah is still the same we are still doing the feedings, medicine, vitamins, etc... It is so sad to see them go especially when we work soooo hard to get them better again. Cheetah is atleast being spoiled. I was yelled at lastnight because when my DH woke up Cheetah and I were sitting on the bed together watching Desperate Housewives. She was getting a nice scratch on the neck, which she loves. My DH doesn't enjoy chicken company on the bed. Not sure what his problem is, LOL.. We will keep at it, but I have to admit I was getting a little sad this weekend not seeing any progress.
