Hard to tell what gender a chick is at that age. You should wait till at least 2 months of age to decide.

It appears your Silkies have the correct comb type, so I wouldn't worry about them being mixes. They're just hatchery quality, specimens of which don't always adhere to the standard.
And it's a bit too early to determine their gender just yet.

Looks like a d'uccle or bantam brahma, or possibly a booted bantam. At this age, it's hard to be sure.
