She is 21 weeks old ! Its her first egg .. I feed her corn ,oat,barley and vitamins , she doesnt go outside and eat from the ground because its winter here ,What should i feed her for calcium ? The shell was very soft

She should be eating layers pellets, or you should hive her All Flock. For calcium, you can get oyster shell.

Her diet is probably why the shell is soft.

OP, Where are you in the world?
If it is not too cold, she should be outside even in the winter.

Is the crate she's standing in the nest?
Might be better to have something more enclosed with bedding.

Not too unusual for new layers to 'curiosity peck' eggs at first.
If the shell is thin, also not unusual, then they will eat them, which can create a bad habit.

Best to gather frequently and add some fake egg to nests.
