Because she doesn’t have a beard. Booted bantams and d’uccles are actually pretty similar in most other ways.

Yeah at first due to the beards I thought they were sablepoots but I appreciate that you told me their d uccles because I would’ve never thought of the hatchery they came from which Is hovers hatchery which they only sell d uccles and not sablepoots lol so picssso and Pheobe are both d uccles
