She might be a HE...and I'm pissed if he is

"She" is a Buff Orpington at 10 weeks.

How can you tell????
 
I would say she...no saddle or hackle feathers yet...

see my roo: saddle feathers are the yellowish ones near the tail, by the fluff...the hackle feathers are around the base of the neck, by ten weeks, you would see some indication of that feathering.

Someone else have another opinion?

i dont have any pics of just the bos lol .. ( walks out to get more chicken pics lol)

BO's can be kind of difficult to determine at an early age (IMO), but yours has a quite well developed comb and wattles for 10 weeks, as well as a lot of color. If it were mine, I'd be thinking boy. Here's a photo of some of my girls at 9 weeks for comparison:
