X2. In this day and age, especially when the market is unstable, it's good to have credit. If you have one credit card and use it for a small amount each month and then just pay the full amount off, you can get good credit, fairly quickly.
Responsible use of credit is a good thing. A 26 year old that works for me just bought his first truck, had no credit, didn't understand how it worked and interest rates. He financed a used truck at 17.7%. When I showed him on paper what that truck would cost him in 5 years, he about threw up. Good credit=good interest rates. That's what I wish I had learned at a younger age.

No, its because MP hasn't been on

Does anyone remember that egg temp chart, that I think Sidewing posted awhile back? If anyone has it can they send me a link, please?

Dang, it'so slow this morning that I actually clicked the link in your signature
You know I had to tease you. Nice blog. :thumbsup
Hurts not being able to argue, though :gig

I'm on my phone so I can see siggies. I'll check it out too, on the big computer.

Here's the little guy this morning. He's doing great! Eating & drinking on his own. No splayed legs. Looks healthy. He took that first poop that they do after hatching. Which confirms my theory that he was the last to hatch and just couldn't keep up. I'll return him to mama this evening. Just want to make sure he's strong enough the keep up with 10 siblings!

You did good saving him. I've lost chicks that were left behind in the nest. If you can catch them before they get too chilled, you have a good chance. Considering the brooders you girls are using, he probably figured it was worth fighting for

Thank you!! His feet and legs were cold when I picked him up, maybe that's why he couldn't walk and I thought they were splayed. What happens to chicks when they get cold and die? Is it like a form of hypothermia? And I know you played around with wording trying to find the safest way to say it!! :gig

Yeah!! So happy for you and that little one!  I'm looking for that chart...

Thanks!!

You totally ROCK! How did you find it that fast?? Thank you!!!

He looks so good!

He does! Thank you. You think he'll be good to go back with mom tonight?
