Technically I have to have a minimum of 2 acres before I can own a rooster but about 4 houses down...they also have a rooster with no crow collar and less land than we do. We have almost half an acre. Good luck trying to enforce no roosters.....I doubt they would complain. He has told me that my rooster was annoying and to shut that ****** rooster up when I first got Zax. Now Zax hardly crows anymore and Gump you can't hear hardly at all.
