That contact really IS really great! Seriously Gold! If we can work togther as a group theres so many more breeds and bigger better goals to be accomplished! You need two or three pens for proper genes diversity right? If two of your friends each have one, then yall can all have the desired breed working towards better birds... what i hate is uh, Sometimes people dont uphold the standards that we are addicted to BYC for, and my own standards arent even what i see in some peoples, BUT we cant control how everyone treats animals :/

The new contact isn't the one that took Gemma, she's the one that thought I wanted to trade. She was offering muscovys to me, and I didn't really want them, so we exchanged a bunch of emails and discussed all kinds of stuff. After the actual buyer contacted me, and I told that lady I had a buyer, she said "oh, I would have bought her, I thought you wanted to trade something!" Lol

But it was all good. She already told me about someone who wants LO eggs, and she doesn't do them, so she will refer those people to me. And maybe my bantam cochins too. I believe she does sebrights, so we can swap lines with those. And stuff like that.

I would have loved to have given Gemma to you. Why do u live so far from me? Lol

Mixing up stuff with folks here is awesome too, and I agree that we seem to take care of our babies so much differently than other

Yes and yes.  And, I hold the egg still and move my light all around the egg.  My first eggs, not knowing about detached air cells and all of the risks, I was actually setting down on my Brinsea ovascope.  I won't be doing that with these until way later when I know all is ok.  I've checked out so many sources on candling that I actually have dreams about it now, lol.
