It just will not stay attached. It's not the zip ties that tear, it's the plastic that tears away. And the chickens that will not quit roosting on top of that run at night are not helping. Anyone have any suggestions besides going and buying new plastic?Monster Crappie, too; they're my weaknessAll my life. Monster cats in those lakes
Is the plastic sturdy enough for grommets?Love the coop @Tina1972 !
I'm getting really with the plastic covering I'm putting over the top of my run to keep the weather out this year. It keeps pulling loose from the zip tiesIt just will not stay attached. See? I KNEW you had some redeeming qualities. Anybody who chases Crappie can't be ALL bad!
Not sure; I always bought mine from wholesalers. You might try Ebay, or you might go to Ollie's & buy one of their blue tarps with grommets already in it; they're relatively cheap, and you should get a couple years out of it 'til UV or wind wrecks it.I may be able to do that, I think it was 1 mil if I'm remembering correctly. Do you think I would be able to find grommets locally or would I need to get them online? I never thought of adding my own grommets, thanks!
You can probably order them & the tool to install them from Tandy Leather, if you can still find one.Not sure; I always bought mine from wholesalers.
