She said/He said Who's right? Who's wrong? No one!

You can switch to "desktop" mode at the bottom of the page and get to the emoticons, if its worth it lol

Thank you!! Duh, I should have figured that out!

You just have to learn how to type the emoticons :smack

The heater is worth it :smack

Is the heater really worth it? Why do you like it better? And what about the "mama heating pad" compared to it?

Figured out how to find them

:gig is gig

Cool...I'm gonna try it!

You know how it is. You get used to building coops for yourself, then you try to do it for someone else and you both end up disappointed

I'm dying here!!

Wow I've missed a lot!

Can I get the cliff notes version? What did I miss?

Hope everyone's well, busy week.

Anyone ever cross any birds for olive eggers? Thinking of getting a couple French Copper Marans this weekend to cross with the Ameraucanas. And question, an EE is any light brown laying egg with a blue laying egg- bird?
My nn is an ee....lol My turken hen is an Araucana mix. She's so homeey but she is just teh sweetest thing. Those three little tuft festhers that stick out is just funny. She hatched from a green egg and she lays medium green eggs...unless you try to take a picture, then they look real light. My hens are covered by a dom nn roo and a mixed I don't know what so it will be interesting to see how many nn's I have and what comes from my nn/ee hen and my nn roo (hopefully).

Any updates, Queenie?
Uh huh......

Ok, so I went out and we worked on the coop fpr a while. (It's coming alone decently.) Came in to check on pipper, nope not too much going on. Went back out. Finished up for the night came in and drew my son a bath, came up to check and still nothing. BUT I have two others that have pipped. One of my other silkies has a decent bump in it and one polish has a just barely can tell crack. Woohoo...That's activity in three.

Now for the confessions....you knew it had to be coming soon.... so I did pull pipper out so I could get a better look and managed to get a view inside the pip hole. He isn't coming out cause he ain't ready!!! Still has pretty dark veining even near the top where the pip is. That's what you get for pipping that early. You get to sit there for a whole blasted day, freaking out your hatcher because you were too impatient!! This is just going to make it feel that much longer. So here I sit, with three pips. Going to be a long night. Good thing I got us a couple movies. My son has been wanting to see the Godzilla movies. I don't ever let him watch scary things or monstrous things. He is prone to nightmares, though he hasn't had one in quite a while. So I agreed we could try them and if he doesn't have nightmares we'll check out some more. We are starting with the last two American productions and then we will go back to the 1950's Japanese versions. He already thinks the "old ones" are funny looking...lol

And that is all I have so far. NO hatchers. They are making me wait!

Oh and my incubator is like a rainforest, humid, so there shall be no drying membranes and no fluffing up in there either...lol
