You can cancel before 30 days, but I kept it and love it. If you order much online, the free 2 day delivery is awesome, and they stream as many TV shows and movies as NetFlix

I hear you though, it's like a gamble either way. I'm liking this old hovabator I have, it's forced air, and has been holding well. Honestly I've heard the horror stories of the styrofoam, but I've been happy so far (knock on wood) maybe you can check Craigslist?

I think the horror stories about styrofoam are more LG related. You don't hear much bad about Hovabators. I think LG just uses crappy components
