Ive watched this thread forever as im sure some of u note. I put my first eggs in my styro lil giant. We start with 22 pekin duck eggs. Its my first hatch sooo i went the whole 9 yards. I marked them, traced air pockets. And weighed them as well as numbering them and recoring all this :-/ im def purple team, i want them to b self sufficent but i cant keep my hands off... Im so bad that the incy lives in my master bathroom...

Trust me.....Im like you!!!!

I have 13 crested cream legbars in mine now....(last batch of the season)

And I am going to try manually turning them and see if I get a better hatch rate than 70% which was my last one. ( I rounded up) LoL!!! Which model do you have?? I have the 9300. The most hated of the 2 models. LoL!!

I've not been posting as much just lately, here is so hard to keep up with, really. I pop over to the new members section for a while and the next thing you know a million new posts are on here!

No more chicks sold yet Which means no incubator on right now. Having my withdrawal symptoms from it!! Have had to make a temporary run around brooding shed as they are out growing that now. Outside is a scary world for them. They are getting used to it now and enjoying some sun, when it's out.

All in all, a typical weekend on "she said/ he said"

I will be going to Jacksonville Fl tomorrow for one night!!! Its a girls getaway weekend. I am looking forward to this. LoL!!! Maybe then my 2 kids wont be running around scream because its so boring!! I can not wait for school to start in 3 weeks and 3 days!!!! LoL!!! Then I will just have a 3 year old to chase around.

I did finally sell all of my chicks this weekend. Sold them fairly cheap to make room, but sold them all to the same person, so it was worth it.

I figured rossfam for a gang member.

Bummed to hear about NT styro hatch, but it seems like he did much better than the last hatch. I'm starting to wonder about the parent stock. I had 11 out of 14 hatch and healthy in my styro.
