Sorry, no new pics. The cuckoo marans was off the nest with her solo chick. I have another broody in that pen, so hopefully she will hatch out a few buddies for her.

The BCM didn't have any chicks under her, and I couldn't find the egg that was pipped the day before. I don't know what happened, but it's safe to assume it wasn't good. I cleared out the remaining eggs, they were starting to smell, and I will resume collecting eggs daily. If she is still sitting Friday, I will break her this weekend

I'm a bourbon man myself. I also like a good tequila. I can't drink much, though. I've had migraines all my life, and it doesn't take many drinks to trigger one. That's why I like the 1800 tequila. Something about that one doesn't give me a headache

When I turned 21, my boss at the time, had a bottle of 1800 Jose Cuervo on the back table for me with 2 shot glasses. We did a shot together before my shift started. I thought that was pretty cool for a boss!
