What's worse is they can make you fly. empty your stomach like it's a hot air balloon. It's Wed. time to lock down this weekends hatch. bower's back up and running two acu wrongs in place . I think I have about 20 this hatch . I think to much. todays thought how can four thermometers made by the same company be so far apart .# 1 seems to right #2 2degrees higher # 3 is 4 degrees higher #4 believe it or not is 6 degrees higher. this are supposed to incubator thermometers and hygrometers .I Thought maybe the tube's were glued on wrong. when checking to see if they were what I realized was. #1 the bulb was a perfectly shaped round ball # 2 was only slightly distorted #3 was worse and # 4 is nearly flat .the moral of the story is check the bulb on mercury thermometers when you buy one. don't forget S C Amy has one green egg better take food coloring

I'll just tell her that LG cooked the color out of it

Candling day on my set...

Tossed 5 Bantam eggs including the three weight check eggs. But on a positive note, the air cells were on track at an average 32% humidity.

All the ISA Browns got tossed, so no weight checks there.

And Eggbeater got flushed, so my test set is pretty much history. Still plenty of eggs, but nothing to compare.

Oh! I forgot Dinosaur Egg! The 152g egg is alive and well and I only see a single embryo.

Ok guys, she's gone. I say we run over and replace all her eggs with grocery store eggs. She has an LG, she will just blame the incubator. Who's with me?

I'm back. You all funny people!! I actually got some good candling pics now that I have new batteries..lol Check em out. 80 hours of incubation (I'm in the middle of day 3...almost middle....lol)

My bator was right in the 99s when I got back, and atm 2/3 thermometers say exactly 99.5.

Uh huh. Uh huh.... Doing the happy dance...Ok, not really. I'm too tired..lol

I'm pretty sure he passed. He did great. His father insists he passed. (He's a black belt going on his second degree black belt Tae Kwon Do and brown going for tip in Hapkido) so he thinks he knows what he's talking about....lol Seriously though he did an awesome job. I'm pretty sure I've earned an orange with all the practice I did with him...lol We don't find out the night of the testing though.

Hoping we'll find out at next week's class. Thanks for asking.

that's great I guess we had better be nice to you. the picture are really good just loaded and locked down 16 thought I had 20 but I was wrong again .and to tired to care just spent 2 hours fixing the cord on my laptop what a job but at least I'm back online till hughes net runs out. wish I could get cable. already lost 4hrs today at least I'll get paid for 2 of them.

Ok, here's the fun and games for today: Voice Recognition

You know how when you are reading someone's post, you subconsciously give them a voice? I got to thinking about this last night, and I was all wrong, so I'm going to try and add some personality to the avatars. I will start with myself

I guess I sound like a cross between Blake Shelton and Bo Duke

The one that made me realize I was imagining wrong is Amy. She looks like a little southern belle in her avatar, but she's from way up yonder, so now I am trying to imagine she sounds like Snookie

The TN accent is very similar to SC, but BYC 910 is older than me, so I imagine he sounds more like Uncle Jesse than Bo Duke. If anyone doesn't know who those 2 people are, shame on you

WVduckchick is harder to pinpoint. That's an entirely different breed of redneck, so her accent will depend on whether she lives up on the hill, or down in the holler. Too far north to sound southern, too far south to sound like a Yankee. Just remember, she comes from a state that puts "By God" in the State's name

Yorkshire Coop is easy: Madam Judy Dench

Walnut Hill is from Michigan, but she also fishes, so I'm going with Captain Sig from Deadliest Catch

Not going to go there if I use up all the huges wife will kill me lets just say that I don't sound like the dukes but my voice is so different form people around the know me at the drive up speaker at Mickyds and KFC I'm there at least 3 times a week and besides I'm no good at even knowing what people are I didn't know was Colson was 13 until he posted it you get old you get slow
