Like Amy said, missing toes are common on silkies. The pink feet may possibly turn, but mine are usually fairly dark at hatch. Silkies are so common as pets that true SQ silkies are hard to find. Mine are wonderful pets, but far from SQ, and I am fine with thatI'd say genetic and I would say that it isn't full silkie if it's not showing the true black skin. I have two out of this last hatch that have 4 toes on one foot and 5 on the other. One of my five toes appears to have a double toenail on the 5th toe, but they are so small it's hard to tell for sure. But, all of mine are crosses and none are pure. Yes, I would cull them from breeding stock to assure that it is not carried down if you are breeding for quality.
Eventually, but like sidewing said, you can wash them off with warm water to get some of the stickiness off.
