She said/He said Who's right? Who's wrong? No one!

Well I have sort of let my chores go till I got caught up. So now I get to go catch up with all my house work.

I can sell any laying breed pullets for $15 all day long when I have them. 90% of my customers are looking for the prolific layers, and love the pretty eggs. That's another reason I swapped the Polish for the ameraucanas. I will never be showing, but if I had kids I would encourage them to. I think I could learn a lot that way

I'm obviously selling my pullets too low.

I think they're called embryo's.

6000 posts...how did we ever get here? I can't imagine reading them all at once lol but welcome crissycriss, and thanks for hanging in there when we can be idiots sometimes lol.

It's been said it before, but my favorite thing on this thread is how everything can be going fifty different directions, conversations all over the place, but if someone has a "real" question/problem /issue, this place has some of the most knowledgeable folks around! Somebody here usually has an answer and I love that! I barely read many other threads now. Can't keep up if I do lol!

Let me just say that I am right...nuff said.

The 3 Musketeers at 2 weeks 2 days old.

I didn't see these guys drink until they were 4 days old, or eat till they were 6 days old...BCM-Red sexlink crosses. Styro (35 eggs) is on Day 14, Brinsea (48 eggs) on Day 5...and dang, I got an ear ache!

Nice looking little birds. Other than that mine have fluffy cheeks from the Faverolle/EE dad, I see similar patterns in some of my red sex link crosses. One, however, looks exactly like a red sex link, white wing feathers and all, with no off coloring. I can't wait to see if it's a cockerel or pullet.

Time to go brine a salmon...

Always seems to be something, huh?

Can't wait to see those peas... And I've thought the same thing about humidity under a broody. Maybe they have an internal way to keep the humidity away from the eggs?

Even if you lose that last one, you're still having a great hatch!

You gotta be kiddin! You look fantastic!

Just took a few new pics of the babies, thought I'd share. I have a pug dog, so luckily I love the "so-ugly-its-cute" look

The little polish love to have their picture taken!

The prettiest one is the little black cochin between the two uglies lol

hello...

And little cripple baby still makes it over to the water and food...

She's feathering slower, but I think might be frizzled too.

And this is prissy frizzle...
