A new adventure begins! They look delicious. Chicken nuggets, anyone? :drool

Who do these precious little critters belong to?
I wouldn't necessarily call them precious. I was thinking something more like...delicious? My mom bought them and I'll mainly be raising them, so I guess they're mine and my mom's. They're freedom Rangers. Meat chickens. They get to reside for a couple weeks in the apartment beside Eleanor and Pigeon.

OK... Just shaved my legs so I can wear shorts, though.

But I'm not just any paper lady

That was the perfect response to the d'uccle comparison. Shows you were thinking

How dare you correct my spelling

I don't normally correct spelling online (except my own)--too many dyslexic and/or British-spelling-using online friends for the last almost-decade-and-a-half. As long as I can figure out what's being said, I roll with it. (One friend of mine was not only dyslexic, but spelled how he spoke--and he had an interesting accent

And my completely blind friend couldn't spell worth a darn before chemo-brain (or the maybe-stroke/"just" a hemorrage just before chemo started--jury's still out on that one). But that was my name. And it's not like it's a difficult one to spell. Nor like it's a name you don't type several times a day

OK, yeah, standard Qwerty layout makes it an easy typo. Then again, you correct others' errors

Hold on, I've still got the mental image of you girls...

Oh, this guy?
th

He's too pretty to be a masochist.
Nice beard, though:love

Yummy!!!!!!! I wish there was an emoji for rolling around on the floor .
Yeah baby!
And he's got the accent to go with it. I could listen to him talk for days on end.
Ok earth to duckchick... Earth to duckchick :gig

Dido!!!!!
Tell ya what, post a pic of Mr Flock and we'll take a vote!

he's gonna chicken out.

22 made lockdown, silkie needs her mama, Ravyn spit on my lollipop, WV's rooster is back in the closet and pretending not to be Jewish, Siri has a dirty mouth, Australian penguins go down under, rossfam won't act but loves to read, sidewing mentioned 50 shades, started a feeding frenzy, girls night out is off to an early start, and I'm no Charlie Hunnnnaamamamamannn

Sounds about right. Except I won't act??? How does he know? ??

What's wrong with a beard? :smack

I read a lot. I mean a lot...
I mentioned earlier how my OCD kicks in, and I will get on an author or series and have to read everything before moving on. I've read every Grisham, every Patterson, every Vince Flynn and Daniel Silva (Terrorist type novels), and so much more. I read Shogun (a 1200 page book) when I was 12, then read every other James Clavell book before I was 14. I don't know why, I have just always loved reading. I don't care for sci-fi or romance, but historical, action adventure, murder/mystery, courtroom, etc...

Beards are great! ;)

I dont take time to read novels any more but I've read alot of Grisham and my fav is Patricia Cornwell. Murder mysteries are my favorite.

Oh, forgot... Ain't nothin wrong with a beard in my book!

Agreed!

Here is what I have been doing. .....

My dad brought me up on Grisham. If I would have been an attorney, that would have been my inspiration. I can remember walking through the halls of my high school, my face buried in "A Time to Kill".

I've been meaning to read some Ann Rule for a while now. Anne Rice was also a fav back in the day.

My absolute all time favorite author was Terry Pratchett.

Hey I had a rough week! I deserve a little inebriation! Lol
But it looks like I'm inebriating alone!
