She said/He said Who's right? Who's wrong? No one!

Half are very nice I guess I'd say more baby blue... 1 lays kinda grayish blue and one is greenish...
My Am's still need work, I admit that... no shame in it either... the roo I got though comes from amazing sky blue eggs, so hoping he'll help egg color as well as adding his beautiful feather color and temperament...
Here's some Am egg pics....

I almost didn't set the far left one, but that's what I got my mystery color chicks from...
Lovely eggs! Those are about the color my EE lays. Pity, but she's getting old and in seeing fewer of her eggs. :(

Ann Rice is good! I think you might like
Jack Kerouac or Chuck Palahniuk.
I love terry prattchet and have most of his books. Don't have his final 2 or the Jonny series. Was sad to hear of his death reacently
Me too. I shed tears for a while over him, which is weird bc I don't cry often. It would just catch me at odd moments.
DEATH was selfish with that one.
I have the J series, it's pretty good, of course. We recently bought "Where's my Cow" for the kids, I think I love it more than they do. lol
Vimes is a big fav, along with Weatherwax and Nanny Ogg. . . Even DEATH. sqeak!

Nice blue eggs.
I just found out that the biological incubator quit at around day 17 but had 10 eggs that were developing nicely, but they of course didn't survive.

I candled tonight - Day 7 - And it was good
I set a total of 31 eggs
Of the 12 B/B/S Ameraucanas 2 had blood rings - tossed
All 8 blue EEs are developing
Of the 10 brown mix of OE's and Marans - 1 brown egg had seepage and a crack - tossed it
The rest of the brown eggs I couldn't see through
So I now have 27 in an incubator that holds 24, I just left out the dividers to make them fit.

Nice egg color

If the incubator had been out there instead of at my house full of eggs they could have been put in to hatch. But I still got my 15 so it's all good

Sorry to hear that, but you did have a good hatch.

Great! Keep us posted. Its easier for me to keep resisting resetting my incubator as long as others keep hatching!

Gachooks - love that first Terry Pratchett quote!

Byc910 - I didn't say you were old. I said ole. Lol my dad was a tiny man, about five four, maybe one fifty on a heavy day. Good things come in small packages too.

Ravyn - love the blue eggs!!
