I was there so it wasn't a total bust.  spent most of yesterday resealing control valves and one cylinder on a backhoe attachment . didn't get much done to my coops though . went to lowes  last weekend  and picked up two 10x10 dog kennels . should have went to TSC theirs  are better quality made by the same company with  more pipe support and $20 cheaper . they make great quick pens . I wore them out at lowes got them to price math and give another 10% off to buy from them . then get home and find a coupon from TSC for 10% off total purchase good through the 23th. wasn't to happy . might go to TSC and get one more can link them together an have a 10x40 foot run with one more. total cost would be $800 though. this money pit gets deeper and deeper . What kind of rooster is Big Guy? 

Oh yes the deep deep money pit. I live there too haha. I thought about using some of those pens. Still might try it.
Big Guy is a dark Brahma. Couple years old I think. My SIL gave him to me. That's what started this whole chicken mess for me...

I missed GNO too, between baths and bottles and changing, I really needed a drink! LOL, it's been a long time since I had little kids.

some how I knew you would say that. little kids make life more fun. love it when mine come her they want to pick up every chick in the brooders a always say I want to hold two . they love Papa's little chicks and gathering the eggs . and never want to go home . girls night would have been better If I'd gotten those dirty pictures posted.

My 3 year old is like that!!! Has to pick up and hold kiss every single chick!! Too cute.

Thanks!!! Ive been under the weather, but now Thats here Eventually ill be able to afford some good eggs to load it! I am More than Willing to take Any of yalls donated eggs, as i have Nothing to put in it for at least a week. Up to 50, its Huge! As u see it in my backseat, it came pretty well as a sole unit without foam extras, but the rails are there. Sincle i "stole" it (for $250!! He was a happy seller trust me) i cant be anything but happy. Although that much money on the chicken budget is rough, it makes me so glad for yalls support that i did the right thing! According to yall it should be worth it, (i wouldnt have done it without yall i wouldve gotten a reptlian "exo terra") i have been told that it will really help me get farthur with our poultry goals...

Looks like it will need a good cleaning, but I hope it works well for you. Its hard spending that much on something like this huh. But I'm happy with mine too.

Since we moved to NM we've been able to drive up here every other month to visit. I was also able to spend three weeks when Chloe was born in January.

We're very thankful for the time we have with them... Even though it is exhausting!
