She said/He said Who's right? Who's wrong? No one!

Ok, guys, maybe too many pics, but anyone with critiques, feel free to have at it. This is my first time with Ams, but I think I'm off to a pretty good start. Blue cockerel with a black beside him. Tight combs
This is my favorite!!
That sucks. I really thought for kindergarten after being in headstart all year that his resistance would be up and less occurances, but nope. I will say in 7 years, my son has only had 1 ear infection. He is however more susceptible to strep than average and it doesn't present as it does in teh average child with the spotty throat and everything. He runs a fever a couple days, has head aches it goes away and repeats a few days later and will continue this pattern until treated. I felt so bad the very first time he had strep. Went untreated for 3 week because we didn't know because he doesn't show typical symptoms. Even the dr said she didn't see strep signs but because of the temp pattern was going to test him and sure enough, that's what it was. 6/18 :( sorry to hear that!
Thank you! That was me as a kid!! Always had strep throat. Sometimes I wouldn't even have a sore throat, just like you're saying. Just a low fever or just feeling "off". My grandma would take me to the Drs and ask them to do the strep test and it would come back positive and the dr would be shocked! Got my tonsils out when I was 12 and never got strep again. Untreated strep can lead to other infections, so it's scary without the classic symptoms. I'm glad he's doing better!

I know! Strep virus can lead to bad things!! Cayden's DR left a couple years ago.

So the last one he had I had to request the strep test myself because the other's were unfamiliar with his asymptomatic conditioning to strep. I didn't know until his 2nd strep that they even removed tonsils for reoccuring strep. Knock on wood it's been close to 2 years I think since he's had it. Glad the tonsillectomy did the trick for you.

I'm back from the deep woods this is just a little pay

for Walnut wish you all had been there to help eat all these. slow cooked over fresh hickory with just a little Crown to help get us through the night. My brother and I camp out at our family cemetery in Ark every Labor day and do this for our Family reunion / cleaning

.. some folks might think it a little strange but we know most of the dead folks there . Neighbors and old child hood friends stop by to eat . the little cemetery is all that's left of a two section spread . long sold by a large southern family. Our ancestors fought in the revolutionary war . this one fought in the war civil war . you can see which side .no offense intended by this picture none of us knew who put the flag there . we left it .

Boy, my gal that is buying eggs from me is getting a deal from what I'm seeing on here. I sell a doz. for 2 bucks. 18 for three.

She has been a reg. for a while. When she went on vacation, I did an add to sell them for 2.50 a doz. Wow. A lot of folks wanted them. Last time I went for feed, it was up at the Mill, so, I think I will raise my price on my eggs soon..I told her a couple of weeks ago that it was probably going to happen. She knows.

Hey Sally! Long time no see!

I agree, just skinning the old ones or single processing. its just easier and less mess n fuss

OMG simple to just google NOT there are a zillion whizang videos!!! I have an old honda push mower motor, wonder if that would work... If u have time can you pinpoint a good video or two LOL
Your kids sound awesome! Here is a video of the plucker working. Mine works just like the video and I love it. There are DIY videos, but I have not watched one. I just knew about them because mine came up for sale on local classifieds.

that's great news!! I don't know if I killed my eggs by letting them rest on the counter for 48 hrs or what. But I've only got 6 out of 18, looking good!!

48 hrs on the counter should not kill them unless it was 105 degrees in your house. Where did they come from? We are in this together!
