She said/He said Who's right? Who's wrong? No one!

Thanks! And thank You Very Much Rayvn you have been great! More good news :) theyre sold already, pending pickup on Sunday :) im pretty sad to see them go! Theyre such cute lil buggers! And so fast! but i will b able to hatch more as long as this works out well :D

Glad I could help, but all the work was pure you! Great job!! :)

I would wait for day 7. If it is viable then it will have a better chance if it's undisturbed for a week. Good luck!

I learned really fast that That is why a stable incubation environment is so important... That sucker was awesome and say folks! The Brinsea Ocot 40 is worth the 400$ without a turner... My turner breaking upset me pretty good.

Im exploring the possible causes of so many malpositions. I had forgotten how the bator fell and that could def cause some mild development issues, it was day 9, so it had the oppurtunity to affect the blood vessles really badly...

The excess of clears probly came from stressed females...

And thats as far ad ive got...

4 were in malposition pose #2 and 2 were in pose #4, in reference to the avian website posted in Sallys Guide. 5 of those six is alive now from assistance. The one fatality also had a bill deformity :( the two who quit in my lockdown #s had DIS one right before draw, and the other one during draw.

The babies who i assisted were the only ones who remained sticky, but there was a little snotty like gunk on the edges of every egg, yellow mildew looking stuff inside of most, And thats aside from runny poop in yellow and white. Teach me!

Gunk is humidity... it's a lot harder to get duck eggs to lose moisture than chicken eggs... sounds like it wasn't too bad though, so if it ain't broke don't fix it, lol...

I forgot, where are these eggs from??

They came from my uncleban hour north of here

Ive said both, but mostly its the amount of drakes...

I just wanted to make sure I remembered right and didn't say something totally off track... I'm betting that most of the issues you had were not incubator related, but from parent stock and health... stress is horrible for health... just my thoughts...

Thanks! Ive blamed alot of death towards that myself, and i just want to make sure i dont put too much blame off, if theres anything i can make better i want to do so. I know that i thought my humidity rode too high but that was due to climate and i cant help it a whole lot without the possibilty of major complications. I think the temp could come down half a degree, it was an early hatch by almost 24 hours. I wish i could get some good local eggs!

Found the little girl clb out of her house this morning, managed to catch her and found a very small opening. Then I found that Tempest had died in the coop over night, and Miracle is missing. My guess is that she escaped from the tiny gap that I found between the pens and was a snack. Haven't found her yet. Pretty upset that I didn't see it sooner. crappy day.
