How you guys been? Sorry I dropped off the face of the earth, my kids have been driving me crazy with Halloween stuff and carving pumpkins. Been busy trying to get all my birds situated. Got the Welsummers in their new run, just got get the Silkies situated now.

I noticed y'all talking about pumpkins, only my Nankin's eat them. The Welsummer cockerel will eat bits and pieces but the Nankins are the only 1's that'll pick the flesh from the skin and eat all the seeds and stringy slimey stuff, they eat it all.

Those were the eggs I was hatching about 2 months ago. From what I've seen of the BCM's, their eggs are ALOT darker. The Welsummers eggs are a medium to dark brown with speckles. Well, some are speckled, I don't think they all are.
