TRUE!! lol

If a few seem fine then you're already ahead of the game!! I think they'll be ok. Just give them a few days to heal up. Are you using an auto-turner or hand turning? I forgot I was going to say this in my previous response but I was picking eggs up at the post office and the box was clearly marked which end was up and the guy behind the counter goes over to a stack of boxes and of course my box is on its side and he picks it up and hands it to me sideways. I was thinking the same as you! Is it that hard to read the box!!?!
That's great that they are local!! I hope you have a great hatch!
Hey Ruby, how's the baby doing?

Dad had a stroke before he came to stay with us that took his ability to speak. He had to go through speech therapy & learn to talk again. His therapist was working with him one day; she'd hold flash cards up & he was to tell her what picture was on the card. She held up a picture of a car, & he said "57". She says "No, Mr. Whiteside, try again". He says "57". She says "No, it's a car". He says "It's a '57 Chevrolet, da...it".  He was right!

My Grandmother has had a few strokes that has affected her speech & memory. I was visiting one day and she couldn't remember my name and kept calling me "that girl" (I didn't take offense by it, we all laughed). It probably doesn't help that I live 4 hours away and cant visit often :(

I have 2 pips!!!! Yay!!!!!! The first was my CLB/Alsteirer crosses and when I looked back at Ravyns CLB egg it had pipped in a matter of seconds! !!! I am so happy!!!! :weee

Auto turn...no time to turn by hand...homeschooling two kids, plus have chickens, dogs, a puppy to potty train, usual chores, plus taking in some sewing for a bit of extra cash...I use an auto turner because its more reliable than my hands as well (forgetting or dropping one or over handling...) . Suggestions welcome on how long to wait to turn because I'm thinking I will wait a good 4 days from today to turn it on (two days setting outside of incubator and another 2 days in the bator without turner rotating). What do ya think?

How small were the air cells? Can I ask why are you waiting 2 days to set them? My advice would be to wait 12-24 hours to set. Then no turning for 48 hours. Candle and check the air cells. If they look good start turning them. If they look loose still then wait another 24 hours and check again.
