It was tomato and basil chicken sausage. Good stuff, and a good use for surplus roos, cockerels and stew hens because a grinder makes them very tender.

I am traveling this week...in and out for the first couple of days, then gone through Monday.
I want to experiment with chicken and bacon sausage with red onions and mozzarella cubes. Grill it up, put it in a bun and drizzle with BBQ sauce, and have a BBQ chicken pizza sandwich!
