FYI. I am on day 2 of Easter Egger hatching. If I only turn twice a day but space it so it's 12 hours each would that work? Over the weekend I can turn more than that but not during the week.
Guess I shoulda explained more about the Silkie eggs... and it goes for bantam eggs in general... they should be run at the regular standard humidity levels to do well... plus, I never have good luck mixing bantam and lf in the same batch...
My Legbars are really round and glossy, so they do better with very, very low humidity... little bantam eggs lose moisture quicker and easier than lf eggs, so they lose too much at that level...
12 hrs apart should be fine, I think...
