Well I'm really mad at the post office. My chicks did not come. And the lady at my local post office was not concerned and didn't care to help me find out where they were. Called the other post office they may have gone to, and that woman was nice enough to call my local sort facility. They aren't there either. She gave them my number so if they come in tomorrow they will call me and I'll see about getting them, if possible, so they don't have to sit a day.
I decided to call the PO's customer service number to see if they could put the word out to look for them, since last anyone knows they arrived to the origin sort facility in CA and that was it. So I call. The stupid robot won't let me talk to customer service until I tell it what I'm calling about, so I do, and it proceeds to tell me exactly what I know, that they arrived at the origin sort facility and that's that. So I ask for customer service again. It then tells me that the information it just gave me is up to date (if it is, my chicks never even left CA!) and that customer service wasn't available right now. Now, the hours listed for customer service are from 8 am to 8:30 pm. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I do believe 3:30 pm falls into those hours.
So I think, let me just send an email then. Well, I go to do that, and it says that they'll get back to you...within three days! If there really is a problem here my chicks are gonna be good and dead before three days are up. I decide to go ahead and send an email anyway, so at least someone knows something is going on, maybe they'll see it before it's been three days. Oh wait no, they make you pick from options as to what you are emailing about, and not one of those options is about delayed or lost packages! Not trying to email them about one of their options? Sorry, there's no 'other' option, so if you're not emailing about those things, you can't email them!
Well, I think to myself, let me at least get a refund back on the shipping, since it's guaranteed overnight and they're definitely not here. Nope again, even thought the tracking number on their website can clearly indicate that it was not delivered on time, they don't do refunds online. Have fun dragging yourself to a post office to fight with them about it there!

Could they make it any harder to get help?
