so in a good mood this afternoon. but still running low on bytes

good thing though more work on chicken stuff

so I'll be early morning for awhile 15 days till hughes resets . which brings me to the question do I talk to much . I mean really you all can tell me the truth I can take it I'm a big boy . you won't hurt my feelings and besides I won't know the answer till early in the morning anyhow . so that gives you plenty of time to come up with THE RIGHT ANSWER.

He's hanging in there. He has more down times these days, and I practically have to shout to be heard, but he's still kicking. Thanks for asking.
On another note I haven't had a real cig since a couple weeks before Christmas. I use my e cig here and there when I need to, and when I can find it and if it is charged...lol

I'm catching the bug again too. I need to collect my cayuga eggs soon. They just started their first season. I don't know of ducks have the same pullet fertility issue like chickens... Oh, good morning all!

Wait til they lay like 20 eggs or so... duck pullet eggs are much more difficult than chicken pullet eggs, whole nother ballgame, in fact...

Lol. I thought every one had left. I am happy to see you all here. I had unsubscribed because I am following lots of threads and it gets a bit overwhelming. Did I tell YOU that I too have ameraucana.

My eggs are nowhere near that blue, though. I think that's the trade off for them being bred strictly to SOP. My two goals with what I have now are to make the blue birds darker and laced better, and to hopefully work on egg color

I breed to both... that egg color improvement was my breeding product...

Mine came from @RavynFallen they are their first eggs. I imagine that they will lighten as the season progresses. I believe they are working on the lavender variety to be sop.

Yep... but mine are closely bred with very nice blacks... you should have a decent start...

Both of the big clubs are petitioning the lavender this year, but not jointly. There is some drama between those two clubs that puts the stuff I complain about to shame. It's sad
