I had a chick who for the longest time didn't have a comb, I thought it was weird and then he got one of those weird squashy things, not really a pea comb, not really a cushion comb (he was an easter egger mutted out with something else) but he did get a comb eventually
If no one chimes in with some definate ideas on breed, you really should get some "documentation pictures" as it ages and post again for the breed! It would be really interesting to see it as it ages

That's a good idea and I will definitely do that. I've been trying to research about the cavernous nostrils. I haven't seen another chick with the EXACT same features as her. So bizarre.
It could be La Fleche--but again....very rare. Not too many hatcheries carry them. I would call the place you bought it from and ask what hatchery they buy their chicks from. This will allow you to narrow down what breed it is.
And if it was in the "Exotic chick" bin I wouldn't count on it being a pullet. Usually the exotic chicks are extra straight run birds (but mostly males).
These are not good pictures but you can get the idea of what their nostrils look like. Both Creve & La Fleche have this feature:

Hm, I'm going to pick up more chick food today so when I get there I will ask about their hatchery and report back to you what they said. They were in a bin labeled as Polish Straight Runs. There was only one other chick that looked like the one I picked. I'll also look at her comb again, but there wasn't much to see. I really appreciate your help!

Yes, let me know. If it was in the Polish ST RUN bin--I would lean towards Creves because they are closer to Polish (especially coming from a hatchery) than a La Fleche is.
