She probably had just gotten a drink and spit up some of the water when you picked her up. Especially in hot weather, chickens will sometimes drink too much because they are thirsty and then spit some of it back up even when not picked up. Keep an eye on her, but there's probably nothing wrong.

oh ok. i guess is what happened becaue it happened twice..
i picked her up right after she drank and she threw up and then again in the coop same thing i guess she drank before that.

Clear spit up shouldn't be a problem, especially if you don't see any other problems, but if you see worms or blood then that would need to be addressed. And the poo you describes is normal for a free ranger. She just wants to make you worry.

you need to tell us how hot it is...how long she has been sitting still and not moving... is she fluffed up? is she panting? What is the temperature there like? You have not given us enough information to help you. If she seems ill then get her to a calm place and separate her so you can monitor her better (how much she drinks eats...any strange poos etc.)

ok..
it is pretty hot here it is about.. 89 but feels like 96 according to weather.com
i went out there and check on them and let them out around 2pm (because encourcing egg laying time)
and she was sitting there so i opened the door the little one ran out and she stayed (not normal) so i opened the door and picked her up and she threw up some more clear stuff and then i just set her on my lap and she stayed for a long time (strange..)
so i put her down and started walking away and normaly they scatter when i get up and she dident budge so i pretended i was going to pick her up and she just stayed..( VERY strange!!)
no strange poo but ill see..

OK NOW SHE IS REALLY ACTING WEIRD!!
i went to feed her yougurt and feed mixed toget her and she looks at it and she closes her eyes so i put her beak in it and she gets all wild eyed and looks around and she is pecking at her and pecking at the ground but atleast she is awake...
help me please!

I would suggest you separate her and get some electrolytes in her water (gatorade will do in a pinch but you need to get proper vit/electrolytes as soon as possible)... make sure it is not hot and stifling (the place you separate her to) and is well ventilated (perhaps you have a cool place to put her temporarily?) ... keep offering yogurt and do not give any scratch grains... how is her crop? feel it to see if squishy... look inside her beak to see if there are any placques or cheesy-like masses... give POLYVISOL (childrens liquid vitamins) 5 drops in beak for a week then taper off...
