If you have to cut the metal though it's easily cut with tin snips. The walls, that is. The part above the doors (eaves?) is thicker and a lot harder to cut.

BTDT...after one collapsed(no chickens were inside) 2x2 'columns' are still holding it up, along with a tarp on roof. I now have a roof rake to keep them(have 2 of them) clear of snow.if you're concerned about heavy snow loads, some 2x4s or 4x4s placed under the rafters as columns should keep it from collapsing.
