Shed Intestinal Lining or Coccidiosis?

So my 1 year old hen has been laying thin eggs for last two days after inducing them with warms baths. Thinking it's possibly egg binding but maybe not. Vet said it would be more visual. Ordered some antibiotics anyway which I may buy if it's a bacterial infection. Came home today to this odd mess. Looked it up and could possibly be shedding of intestinal lining. Looks like an intestine anyway. She's not as lethargic today and still eating and drinking.
