I don't really have much experience in feeding for weight gain in meat birds, but when I want one of mine that's lost weight due to illness I feed them a 27-30% grower. Someone like @R2elk or @TurkeyTimes might be good people to consult with on fattening up for market..You mentioned supplemental protein. What should I feed them for that?
