Sheep are kept for wool, lawnmowers, pets and meat. If you don't want to fool with the wool and shearing, there are hair sheep, breeds that do not produce wool.
I forgot to mention milk. There are some sheep dairies here in the United States. The milk is used for specialty cheeses.Wow they sound pretty versatile. I hadn't realized there were hair breeds, that's cool![]()
In some places like the middle east or maybe it was greece? They also use them for milk, correct? Or no?
What is the difference or advantage of them over goats? Not for milk, just in general as an animal/their purpose(s)
