Sheep handling equipment ID.

Cleaning out a former sheep farm. Came across this piece of equipment.
It looks like it clamps onto the critter.
Hate to scrap it if it was something worth selling.

I'm no expert but it looks like the thing they use to put an animal on its side to trim hooves, etc. Whether it is that or not, farm animal equipment is quite pricey. I'm sure there's a market for it. Good luck!
