That's really good news, and it's mildly bad news. Good news is that nothing's stuck, and neither membrane is yellow, the bad news is that it is *never* normal for a hen to lay 3 soft-shelled eggs in a row, especially after laying a normal shelled egg a day since November 6. Do your best to get as much calcium in her as possible (300 to 500 mg per day).

Hope you can get the calcium citrate into her... is there any treat she will gobble down quick from you?
