Ok last question, since Ted gave me such a fight this morning with his pill, I ended up giving up 40 minutes later. Should I give him 2in the morning now? Just for tomorrow morning and then resume normal

whelp....I was already in bed. So that didn't happen. I tried to give Ted 2 this morning but one of them was a flop since my hands were wet and all the coating came off. The Vet said that these pills are very bitter so once that coating comes off.......you might as well forget about getting that down anybody throat. So i will try tonight to give him 2 tabs.

I used watermelon for Bills pills and she inhales it. Ted on the other hand must investigate 1st before taking anything out of my hands......Ted will be the death of me!!

I can use bread smooched around the pill for giving. But I have to do it on the sly so none others see me or it's a free for all.

I did that day one and Ted took it like a champ! But the next day when i did the bread trick i had put the liquid medication inside the bread with the pill and one taste of it he shook it out of his mouth.

I did try liquid wormer on bread once that didn't go over well at all.

This morning i took both their liquid bottles out to the pen and just shot it down their throats! I have already wasted too many meds by trying to trick them. The vet did say that a quick dip in coconut oil will help slide that pill down their throat easier. Tonight i am going to try that.......
