She's giving me the SAD's. I would give the dang chicken a Ferrari if she'd just stop the grandma gripes. Nobody wanted to go roost tonight my usual put them up in two groups didn't go as planned they all wanted to bicker made me stand out in the rain waiting to lock the coop. I feel terrible I literally cussed some chickens. I have some making up to do in the morning. Sometimes I think they work together just to see if they can drive me completely insane.I give my African Grey hen less light to stop eggs. She gets lights out at 7pm, on at 7 am! Egg-layers need increasing day length. Your hen is SAD that the solstice passed her by before she was ready to lay!
Thanks for the tip, I should try that with my grey, she's been laying eggs for several weeks now!I give my African Grey hen less light to stop eggs. She gets lights out at 7pm, on at 7 am!
