The trooper studied the amazing bird as well, and one of the others said "Wow, that's one of the most beautiful hawks I've ever seen." The man holding Jadyn agreed. He was a tall and fit man with a scar over his left eye and a "Captain" rank insignia on his shoulder; he and the other men were wearing green camouflage combat jackets and body armor, and each had a gun of some type. Some had rifles, some had Sub-Machine Guns, and two or three also had either a Z-6 rotary cannon or a rocket launcher slung over their shoulder. But the captain had something that looked really scary. It looked like a combination of a Sniper-Rifle, an assult rifle, a 12-gauge shotgun, and some kind of small rocket launcher. The man had the pilots of the gunships land on one of the concealed side streets. As the engines settled down, the crewmen from the Liberty who had been following on their BARC speeders sped down the street and stopped right next to the LAAT's. A bunch of the troops in the gunships and some of the ball turrets on the wings and the sides drew beads on them before the captain asked "Who are you, and who are you with?" The Liberty crewmen immediately shut-down the speeders and threw their hands up in the air. The man driving the lead speeder said "My name is Jacob Flynn and we are part of a different form of the resistance called 'The Shifters'. I assume you guys are with the Mid-Atlantic Rebels, aren't you?" "Yes, we are, but why are you here?" the captain replied, allowing the men to lower thier hands and tellng his own troops to lower their weapons. "Our ship crashed a ways back there and we need help with getting our wounded to a safer place. We also have a shipment of medical and relief supplies that we needed to deliver... to you guys." "So that's what happened to our smugglers, we'll help with getting your crew to a better place." He thought for a second and added "By the way, you said something about 'The Shifters'; that does that mean?." The man on the speeder pointed at Jadyn and replied, "That hawk right there can show you what I mean."
