I've heard the same and have started doing that. I've had good hatches and n ot so good hatches. It's just hard to tell what works with shipped eggs.The embryo has not really started at 3 days,so I don't think there is danger of it sticking. The rationalzation I read for not turning them was so it would not disturb the fragile embryo.
