like what is in my food! especially the younger ones but i'll know tonight how it went over lol
Mine really like the whole oats, I mixed the oats in with the barley and wheat and just put it on top then mixed, also put in some dried split peas. I think I'll add some flax meal or hemp seed meal to the mix also.

Thanks for sharing, hard to tell if they even ate any of it.. almost looks like they picked around, i;ll have to try again today.

Sticker shock is right!

I feed Blue Seal grower/cal right now. It was $13, then jumped to $15. I just bought 2 bags yesterday and it was $17. The clerk says it will probably settle around $20 by the end of the month! Yikes. And, "..of course, once the crops are better next year, the prices will go back down." Yeah. Right.

Time to make a final decision about those 3 extra WH drakes I've been on the fence about. Anybody near upstate PA looking for gold-phase WH drakes?

Interestingly (to me, anyway), the Blue Seal rabbit food (show hutch) hasn't gone up in price. The pellets look different, though, so I'm assuming they changed the recipe some.

i bought 50 pounds of starter grower a week ago and it was 15 dollars guess im going to get 100 lbs this week if its still selling for under 20 dollars before it goes up

i have mine in my shop outside it is not climate controlled but it is in a store and save container for dog food, but i put chicken feed in it. the container holds 50lbs of dog food and about 75 lbs of chicken feed, it stayes pretty hot in the shop but it also stayes dry is this ok..

stocking up would be having 2 or 3 times the amount you can easily feed off in a 2 week span. cool, and dry are vital for long term storage. if its being turned over quickly then dry first and foremost should be the top priority.
