Should I Be Worried? (Serama eggs)

I now have 4 eggs that have pipped, but once they pip they don't seem to do anything else.

Here's a big long article on assisted hatching. It says that eggs pipping, then appearing to do nothing for 18-24 hours, is normal and nothing to worry about. The chick pips and then absorbs the yolk sac (which takes quite a while) before it unzips the egg and comes out.

The hatching hours is when to pay attention to your humidity, maintain 65% to 70%. When a baby hatch out your humidity will jump to 80% to 85%. It's important to drop that humidity back down to 65%.

To much humidity for unhatched eggs will cause problems.

There was nothing I could do about the 70 humidity short of taking out all the water. The same goes for the 50 before. If I put any water at all in the incubator it went up to 50. These are Seramas, nd I keep being told tht they hatch at about day 18.

Not all Serama hatch at day 18. I was told that when I got my first Serama about 15 years ago. But I found out they hatch about like other small bantams. If your temp is on the hot side (half a degree or more) they will hatch sooner. If your temp is on the low side (half a degree or more) they will hatch later. Either way your percentage hatch will be lower.
