should i be worried?

Wow!
Are the toes curled or crooked?
I would start giving a poultry vitamin that contains B2(Riboflavin) right away or you can crush 1/4 tablet human B-Complex and add that to her feed.

Curled toes, tape them flat:

Crooked toes...usually that is genetic, incubation problem, etc. and can't be corrected. You can try since she is young, but crooked toes are most of the time considered a bone deformity. https://poultrykeeper.com/skeletal-and-muscular-disorders/crooked-toes/
i taped them flat with a bandaid! hopefully this works. she's having a little trouble walking but i think she'll get used to it quickly

i am using the sav-a-chick packets like someone else mentioned but if necessary i'll buy more supplements

Sav-A-Chick vitamins and electrolytes does contain B2, but personally I would not use it for more than a couple of days because of the "electrolytes". Electrolytes should be used for a short period of time during times of stress.

Using B-Complex, imho, would be better. B vitamins are excreted in the urine instead of "stored" in the body, you can't really overdose them, but I would still only give them for a week.
